While New Zealand MGO™ Manuka Honey can have MGO™ levels of between 20mg/kg and an outstanding 800mg/kg, ordinary table honeys have been found to have between 0mg/kg and just 10mg/kg to effectively give you no extra benefits as the higher the MGO™ number, the more health-giving MGO™ the honey contains.
