How to take VENZ Bee Propolis:
Bee Venom concentration is 6.5 mg which is equal to half a sting (0.5 sting) in one teaspoon of honey. It is recommend that the first intake should be a teaspoon of New Zealand Manuka Honey with bee venom (0.25 sting) without drink or food. This initial dose is 4 times lower than one sting, and is specifically designed in accordance with BV Therapy requirements. If no allergic reaction occurs, increase the dosage gradually up to 3-4 teaspoons per day depending on your condition. Don't take any food or drink together with the New Zealand Manuka Honey.
